(2) An emitter (vitalizer) based on a hertzian-wave transmitter or an oscillator that radiates \"vital\" frequencies, shown to increase seed germination, plant growth (e.g., 20 % beet yield, 10 % potato yield) and animal vitality. (3) A combined approach that both neutralizes harmful zones and simultaneously broadcasts vitalizing radiation. The system is powered by ambient earth radiation (no external energy source) and is grounded to the earth. Biological effects are monitored with specially designed pendulums (R.C., R.T., R.V.) that respond to cosmic, telluric and vital fields.",
